Hi Mike, thank you for sharing, but when I try, I'm still asked to enter my Tableau login and password. Is there any suggestion so that Dashboard appears immediately without logging in to Tableau again?
Only if you wanted to create your connected app via the REST API and you wanted to authenticate into the REST API via personal access token. In our example, we create the connected app via the GUI, so we bypass using the REST API.

Maybe the token has expired? But could be a variety of factors -- https://help.tableau.com/current/online/en-us/connected_apps_troubleshoot.htm
When i login tableau cloud need verify MFA, how to login without MFA in web with trusted connection app ?
If you're using connected apps to embed tableau in an application, you can either leverage that application's MFA -- or you can configure direct trust: https://help.tableau.com/current/online/en-us/connected_apps_direct.htm
Is there a scenario where an admin’s PAT + connected app keys need to be used together to help authenticate users?

Thanks. Have created in GUI, but still found I needed to use the PAT to make authentication (SAML and Tableeau ID).
